Manages and organizes data for 3D-printing

I received a Riverside 3D printer from CTC Electronics yesterday, and the software required is the Cura_15.02.1winxp&8&10, but it is in the RAR format, which Windows will not run. I am using Windows 7, which the manual states it is compatible with. Where do I get the Cura 15.02.1 version? I don't see it and can not find the exact software on your list.
